June 2012, Monthly Review
We had a fascinating and very exciting month. It consisted of a combination of final exam preparations, share/pixel sales, moving house and offices, holidays and of course football!
Share Sale Achievement
Despite all the randomity that moving our house, moving our office and a Euro cup bring, we still managed to achieve this month’s sales quota of no less than 90 shares / 9000 pixels. It is also the month were we managed to set a new personal record. Thanks to Mr. Setz, the new record of biggest single logo area on the pixel wall has increased to 8000 pixels!
As many of you know, the beginning is always the hardest. Despite this we still managed to sell a total of 278 shares (27’800) pixels within the last three months alone (April, May & June).
Highscore of 500 Visitors confirmed
Last month we broke the 500 visitors mark on our German Website in one month. We are proud to announce that this high number of visitors has remained constant throughout June, without taking additional marketing measures!
Our website has been visited and enjoyed by more than 1770 people during the last three months. Our next goal is now to take these initial marketing steps to steadily increase the number of website visitors over the next two months and then keeping them at this new higher level for the foreseeable future.
Bachelor degree
On the 21st of June 2012, Claudio and myself wrote our last exam paper of our bachelor degree. Now there is one last very important date for us. On the 9th of July 2012 we have our bachelor thesis meeting and grading. Then it’s simply a matter of sitting back, as far as schooling is concerned, and looking forward to our well deserved graduation ceremony in October. In hindsight, we had a very good time and learned a lot at our university, Hochschule für Wirtschaft FHNW.
Thank you to all the Teachers and Staff who helped us get through these very important years.
Cat Jokes
A couple were going out for the evening. They’d got ready, all dolled up, cat put out, etc.
The taxi arrives and as the couple go out the cat shoots back in. They don’t want the cat shut in the house, so the wife goes out to the taxi while the husband goes upstairs to chase the cat out.
The wife, not wanting it known that the house will be empty, explains to the taxi driver, “He’s just going upstairs to say goodbye to my mother.”
A few minutes later, the husband gets into the cab: “Sorry I took so long,” he says, “stupid old thing was hiding under the bed and I had to poke her with a coat hanger to get her to come out!”
